Patrick Frank Surtain Sr. (/ s ər ˈ t æ n / sər-TAN; [citation needed] born June 19, 1976 [1]) is an American football coach and former professional player who was a cornerback for 11 seasons in the National Football League (NFL). He is the defensive backs coach for Florida State University, a position he has held since 2023.
