Now, your own post here says "Looks like i have been scammed" Since you have been scammed, this is what Moonpay has to say about sending money to scammers.

Oct 19, 2021 · My bank was the problem in my case. Fraud prevention stepped in and wouldn't allow the payment to process. After I verified my identity and all through moonpay and all. Recurved the notification that suspicious activity was happening with my account, verified that I was the one making the transaction and have had no problems since.

Jan 31, 2022 · I use Moonpay to buy BTC on Trust Wallet then transfer the BTC to Gate.io where I sell the BTC to buy Babydoge. I usually only lose like 5% when all the transactions are done and a few days ago came out ahead because BTC was climbing as I made the swaps. Only credit card I've been able to use on Moonpay is a Credit One Visa.

Jun 17, 2023 · I've made purchases on Moonpay several times in the past, that's it. Today I got a message saying my account is disabled due to noncompliance with terms. This happened immediately upon my completing kyc with them. I live in the US and they provide service to the US, unless that has changed.
