The organization is known by several names in English: ISIL (Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant), ISIS (Islamic State of Iraq and Sham or Islamic State of Iraq and Syria), or simply the Islamic State. All are commonly used. Personally, I prefer Daesh since that is what they are known as in the region.
