Also the last river in MD that has sturgeon and it has the highest concentration of bald eagles in the eastern US. Epic paddling both here and in the Wicomico River. Salisbury is a cool little college town with good food and several nice breweries.

Very annoying. My payroll office claimed they didn't know about the local tax. I had a friend at the MD comptroller office and asked her to send me a copy of the withholding manual; there, at the bottom of the page about how to withhold employee state taxes, was the statement, in big, bold capital letters: TURN PAGE FOR LOCAL WITHHOLDING.

Maryland has a catch all 150 yard to nearest house minimum for hunting, doesn't mention target shooting, but the MSP may still throw a fit as they seem to interpret the law their own way.

I believe it's called Mystic Harbor or something similar. I also know plenty of people that live in Wicomico county Maryland, and Sussex county Delaware that live in single wide trailers on land they own.

Jun 17, 2022 · These percents vary from 2.25% for Worcester up to 3.2% for Caroline, Dorchester, PG, Howard, Wicomico, etc. Delaware gives you a credit for taxes paid to another state. You need to calculate Federal, non-resident state, then Delaware. If you owe Delaware $1000, but you paid $800 to another state (like MD), you only pay $200 to Delaware.

FAA has a height limit near airports (permission needed above a certain size), but local regulations are almost always stricter. But without knowing where you are, no one's answers should be taken seriously-you should not make decisions based on things in this thread.
