Unfortunately still not working for me, not getting any emails from instagram with my access code even after receiving multiple emails from facebook to the same email. Finding it so weird because I've received emails from instagram in the past, most recently in early 2022, so really not sure what the issue is.

I wrote some code to help you discover insights from your Instagram data. It also automates finding out who doesn’t follow you back. You’ll need to create a GitHub account and have your Instagram data zip file uploaded to Google Drive or another cloud storage provider.

I'd been using Duo for 2FA on my Instagram account. Since reinstalling my apps, I was never able to get into Instagram because the app wanted a Duo key code, but I couldn't set up the 2FA in Duo as I couldn't get the activation key from my Instagram I was locked out of.

To people who are stressed and found this post, just know this method works!! Make sure you unblock the number mentioned above and wait the full 24 hours. Don’t get impatient or else the cycle continues again. Just wait 24 hours before attempting to have Instagram send you the code to your phone number. It should work perfectly after that.

I swear, this is a bug because I clicked submit on the confirmation code multiple times until the message "You've entered the code incorrectly too many times." appeared.
