Jan 7, 2018 · I have fished el dorado park in long beach multiple times. I have caught a few dinky bass and nice 4 pounder. I have also caught a rainbow trout (when they were stocked) and a few bluegill and crappie. Yes I have caught some fish there but I never have the best luck. I usually throw 6 in roboworms and flip jigs in the heavy weeds.

Wabaunsee has a very good smallmouth population as well if you'd prefer to fish a smaller lake but you have to pay to fish it and it's only open during daylight hours from April ...

I considered keeping my current helix 7, moving it back towards the seat permanently for side imaging and mapping (I currently adjust its position by tilting it backwards towards the seat or completely vertical when I'm standing fishing.
