When sizing up the software has to guess and make new pixels to fill in the spaces of the original work where as when sizing down it just has to remove pixels for a tighter image.

Apr 27, 2019 · See, I wrote this story and the artist, @amortelito did the art. She used Clip Studio Paint and I was like that's awesome. I ran to the website and researched it heavily for months. My co-worker said, "Girl, just buy it already.....Geez" I ordered it today. Hopefully, I can make better animations that this or it's remake.

Dec 13, 2018 · You don't need external GPU for Clip Studio Paint and 2D drawing. Intel HD 4400 is good enough to use CSP, unless you want to use the 3d features. Clip Studio Paint only requires fast hard drive and many RAM. And I can assure you that any Thunderbolt 3 (Intel's technology) laptop has no problem with CSP at all! This is what I'm using for work:
