Jan 1, 2025 · Dogs are allowed on Brigantine Beach from 1st October to 29th May. Dogs must be on a leash at all times. Dog leash can be 6 ft maximum. Owners must remove dog feces from the beach. Dogs are prohibited from entering the beaches of 14th Street North to Jetty.

From October 1st to May 29th, dogs are allowed on the beach provided they are on a leash, not longer than 6ft. Dog feces must be removed. Starting May 30th, NO DOGS are permitted on any beach from 14th Street North to the Jetty, at any time.
