Sep 1, 2019 · The cameras just don't seem to connect. On the camera feed it shows the red "?" as well as the red recording circle. Any ideas would be helpful and appreciated. Thanks

Dec 13, 2019 · To resync the camera, press and hold the sync button on the back of the camera until the indicator light on the front of the camera turns red. Once it turns red release the sync button and pair the camera back to your smart hub.

Sep 1, 2016 · After installing and setting up all cameras were up and running now all screens are black. I've already tried power cycling, shutting down, rebooting, even tried the hard reboot inside the machine. Nothing is fixing the issue. Please help.
