Just under a week after a brief earthquake gave the SouthCoast a jolt, another quake has hit — actually the third to hit in almost the same location.

Yet another earthquake off the coast of Maine shook New England Sunday morning — the third in the span of a week.

The magnitude 2.0 earthquake early Wednesday morning came two days after a magnitude 3.8 quake hit in almost the exact same spot.

A 3.8 magnitude earthquake struck near York Harbor, Maine, on Monday, approximately 7 miles south of the coastal area, according to the United States Geological Survey.
