Jayson Tatum’s season is over after the Celtics star suffered a ruptured Achilles during Monday’s loss to the Knicks.

Jayson Tatum was having a phenomenal game against the Knicks. The Celtics superstar got up to 42 points, eight rebounds, four assists, four steals, and two blocks before his night came to an abrupt end.

The Celtics superstar suffered a potentially serious injury in the fourth quarter of Boston’s loss to the Knicks in Game 4 of their series on Monday night.

There is not word as of yet exactly what the injury is, but based on the fact that it was non-contact, and Tatum was wheeled to the locker room holding the back of his ankle, there is a belief that it is something to do with his Achilles tendon.
