Congress passed a giant tax bill that includes the Senate's SALT changes that allow rich Americans in high-tax states to save money, experts say.

The Senate narrowly passed President Trump's massive tax and spending bill Tuesday after a marathon series of amendment votes.

At some 887 pages, the legislation is a sprawling collection of tax breaks, spending cuts and other Republican priorities, including new money for national defense and deportations.
