Lawyers for Brittany Commisso said the settlement “is a complete vindication of her claims” against former Gov. Andrew Cuomo, who is now running to be mayor of New York City.

Brittany Commisso filed a criminal complaint against Cuomo in 2021, accusing him of groping her breast when she worked as his aide in the governor's office.
