Winter has begun, sort of. While it's definitely cold out there, even in Florida, the problem is that there are actually two different definitions of winter: meteorological and astronomical.

The snow has officially begun, and with it comes Tuesday afternoon closings and Wednesday morning delays. Sussex and Kent counties entered a winter storm warning starting at 1 p.m. Tuesday.
