Buffalo Bills general manager Brandon Beane entered the 2025 NFL draft with a clear roster objective: improve the defense. He used the team’s first five picks on that side of the ball, which has shaken up the depth chart as the offseason focus shifts to organized team activities (OTAs).

The Buffalo Bills announced two roster moves one week before the 2025 NFL Draft. Buffalo waived tight end Armani Rogers with a non-football injury and released defensive tackle Branson Deen.

Buffalo is projected to target a cornerback, defensive tackle, safety or edge rusher with at least two of their first three picks. The Bills own No. 30 overall in the first round and Nos. 56 and 62 in the second round. They enter the draft with 10 total selections.
