Niyah Gonzalez Reporter OMAHA, Neb. — The suspense was at an all-time high at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. Some 122 UNMC students gathered for a ceremony to celebrate Match Day.

Kent said the idea came after UNMC students talked to students at other NU campuses and realized UNMC was the only one without a mascot. Labs was chosen from nearly 50 ideas submitted.
