Shalantra Blye, 30, was still a teenager when prosecutors say she paved the way for the murder of James Howard Jr. in suburban West Palm Beach.

A woman was shot and killed Wednesday night and the suspect eluded police. Police responded to the 3600 block of Harbinger Road in Virginia Beach following a report of a gunshot victim at 10:02 p.m.
