A crash involving multiple vehicles has caused a lane closure on Route 11 northbound beyond Tibbetts Wick Road, with drivers advised to expect delays.

The Army expects as many as 200,000 people could attend, and that putting on the celebration will cost an estimated $25 million to $45 million.
