Minneapolis Police Chief Brian O’Hara calling it an outrageous outbreak of violence in the last 13 hours. Three people were killed in a shooting on the city’s south side Tuesday night and now another killing this afternoon just blocks away.

Minneapolis police continue to investigate a series of shootings in the city that left five people dead in less than 24 hours. There have been no arrests at last report.
