MANILA, Philippines—The nursing topnotcher this year is a University of Santo Tomas (UST) graduate. Ma. Margaret Benosa Sanchez topped the Nurse Licensure Examination with a score of 86-percent.

All of the 300 applicants from UST passed the board. The UST College of Nursing, a center of excellence according to the Commission on Higher Education, has been consistently topping the board.
