The chief of the Pflugerville Police Department abruptly retired this week and now, the city says he is under investigation.

An Elma man faces four counts of attempted murder of a police officer following a welfare check Wednesday afternoon.

There were no injuries to law enforcement or Zweibohmer, who was arrested and charged with four counts of attempted murder.
