Nintendo Co. warned it may yet increase the cost of its long-anticipated new console, after projecting weaker-than-expected initial sales of the Switch 2.

On the same day Nintendo revealed the Switch 2, President Donald Trump also unveiled his list of tariffs on countries the U.S. trades with. This led Nintendo to delay preorders in the U.S., although it did make them available a short time later.

Nintendo isn't raising the price of the Switch 2 just yet, but "significant changes" to tariffs could lead to a price hike.
