The first farmers market kicks off Thursday, May 1, with the Perry Street Farmers Market in the Perry District.

Located at 7900 South Westnedge Avenue, Opening Day for the Farmers Market will feature live music from local musician Mike Talbot, a visit from Portage's mascot Mr. Crispy, and over 30 vendors.
