This will be Clark's first game in Iowa City since she graduated last year, and is part of the growing trend of WNBA teams returning to their star players' college campuses for preseason games. The WNBA draft came calling for Clark, who ended up the No. 1 overall pick and landed with the Indiana Fever. She helped turn that organization around last season, leading the team to a .500 record (20-20) for the first time in eight years and helping the Fever earn a spot in the WNBA playoffs as the No. 6 seed in an eight-team field.
