Here you should see network usage of all opened applications ... all the apps that have been using the internet on your computer. How do you check which apps are using internet in background?

Go to Windows Settings (Win + I) Navigate to Network & Internet > Advanced ... and streaming apps like Netflix will have high data usage. Ignore them, and check what else is consuming more data.
