The Mary S. Harrell Black Heritage Museum in New Smyrna Beach is dedicated to preserving and sharing the history of the city's historically Black Westside community.
The space is transformed on Sundays and Tuesdays, so the retired priest can celebrate morning Mass and offer Holy Communion.
