A draft map redrawing Baltimore County’s councilmanic districts was met with some opposition from county residents.

Former Georgia Rep. Erick Allen and incumbent Monique Sheffield, both Democrats, won Tuesday’s special election for the District 2 and District 4 seats on Cobb commission.
