Feb. 13, 53-year-old Edward G. Huff of Clarksville, Tenn., entered a negotiated plea of guilty to one count of fleeing in a vehicle with substantial danger of causing death.

Zachary A. Douglas, 28, pleaded no contest to possession with intent to deliver methamphetamine, attempted possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and fleeing arrest.
