Boasting of being the largest buffet chain restaurant in the Southwest United States, Lin’s Grand Buffet is opening its first California location in the city of Murrieta on Thursday, May 1.

At 88 Club, which takes over the former Velverie, Lin is partnering with Miranda (also of Lock & Key, Trophies Burger Club, and Nightshade), who has always wanted to open a Chinese restaurant.
