The Cavs’ next playoff opponent is set. The only thing left to figure out is when the series starts. Top-seeded Cleveland will host the Indiana Pacers in the Eastern Conference semifinals. The best-of-seven could begin as soon as Saturday at Rocket Arena — although the official start date has not yet been announced.

The No. 1 seed Cleveland Cavaliers swept the No. 8 seed Miami Heat on Monday, becoming the first team in the Eastern Conference to advance to the second round. The Detroit Pistons ' comeback to even their first-round series fell short Sunday, as the New York Knicks head back to Madison Square Garden with a chance to close it out Tuesday.

The Bucks and Pacers are playing in Game 5 of their Eastern Conference first-round playoff series on April 29 at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.
