项目设计为24个月，模仿博士项目的前两年，核心课程包括机器人数学基础、感知与认知、动作与控制等，旨在帮助学生构建扎实的理论基础和科研能力。完成MSR后，学生可无缝衔接CMU或其他顶尖院校的博士项目，部分优秀学生甚至能直接获得导师的博士录取推荐。
