Over two decades since the Dawson’s Creek ’s season’s finale put the Pacey, Joey, and Dawson love triangle to rest, Jackson opened up about how his former co-stars have reconnected while supporting James Van Der Beek—who announced he was diagnosed with colorectal cancer last November —through his health battle.

Joshua Jackson and Katie Holmes were a real-life couple during the first two seasons of Dawson’s Creek in 1998 and 1999. They went on to continue working together on the show until its series finale in 2003.
