Culpeper native Scott Howard Jenkins was listed as latest to receive clemency from the president by Office of the Pardon Attorney.

Scott Jenkins, a former sheriff of Culpeper County, Virginia, was convicted of federal bribery charges and sentenced to 10 years in federal prison.
