The county shared additional details Thursday of what led to the unprecedented boil water notice for Five Cities residents.

DAYTONA BEACH — On Friday the city of Daytona Beach issued a citywide precautionary boil water notice following a series of power interruptions at the city's water treatment plant on LPGA Boulevard.
