President Donald Trump's administration has deported hundreds of alleged members of the Venezuelan gang, Tren de Aragua, to be imprisoned in El Salvador.

ACLU attorneys asked the Supreme Court to clarify what kind of legal notice alleged Tren de Aragua members should receive before they are deported.

The notices of removal were written only in English and did not inform recipients of their right to court proceedings.
