A shocking day of violence in Plumstead saw a man stabbed outside a mosque as police responded to another incident nearby.

A cyclist is in hospital after a crash involving a car near Canary Wharf. Police were called to a crash between a car and a cyclist in Salter Street just after 10am yesterday morning (April 11).
