Detectives from FCPD Major Crimes Bureau are conducting a death investigation concerning the death of an inmate at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center.

Sam Zu Yung, 32, was found unresponsive about 6:15 p.m. in his single cell at the county’s adult detention center, police said. Efforts to save him started immediately, police said, but he died.
