D'Maury Monteiro of Fall River is accused of shooting a 16-year-old boy from Providence at a Cranston apartment complex.

The suspect in the August 11 Cranston murder of a 16-year-old has waived extradition and will be arraigned at Kent County 3rd District Court in Warwick Friday.
