The company building a new Nissan Stadium in Nashville is offering a $250,000 reward in connection to a rope tied like a noose found hanging from a ceiling at the construction site on July 17.

Construction was halted at the new Tennessee Titans’ stadium Friday after workers found a noose at the site.
