Police in Europe say "one of the largest pedophile platforms in the world" is now offline after a joint operation dismantled the "KidFlix" network.

Authorities have arrested 79 individuals linked to the platform, while over 1,400 other suspects have been identified.

Police shut down one of the largest paedophile networks in the world last month in an operation spanning 35 countries, the EU's law enforcement agency Europol said on Wednesday.
