STATE COLLEGE — James Franklin has set his official plans for this year’s Blue-White Game. The format will look close to what Penn State has done in previous years, but there will be a few changes and the “game” will be a bit shorter. The annual end-of-spring scrimmage is set to kick off at 2 p.m. on Saturday.

The Penn State Nittany Lions football team held its final regular open practice Spring camp on Wednesday. Head coach James Franklin spoke with the media for roughly ten minutes afterward to give a final update before the Blue-White Game on Saturday.

The Nittany Lions coach has had four starting QBs in 11 years, all of whom the program recruited and developed.
