The National Weather Service has issued a flood watch for the entire Bay Area to start the workweek. The flood watch will be in effect from 4 p.m. Monday until 4 a.m. Wednesday.

Nearly every county in the Bay Area is under a weather service flood watch from Friday until Sunday night. “There are probably going to be traffic issues, especially on Tuesday,” he said.
