TORONTO -- With one flick of his wrists, Max Domi produced a signature Toronto Maple Leafs moment Tuesday that had been more than 20 years in the making. Much to the chagrin of Ottawa Senators coach Travis Green.

It was another overtime classic etched into the history of the Battle of Ontario on Tuesday night at Scotiabank Arena – and it was a hometown player who sealed the deal.

Watching from the stands at Scotiabank Arena was Max's father, Tie Domi, who never scored an overtime game-winning goal throughout his 98 postseason appearances. As the crowd erupted, cameras spotted Tie celebrating in the stands with a wide grin and giving a handshake to a friend.
