Duffy’s bill said he used 80,000 gallons of water in one month. That is the equivalent of two Olympic-sized swimming pools.

It would benefit communities, especially in Bell and McLennan counties.

The bipartisan bill would also require the president to notify Congress within 48 hours of new tariff measures, and give the legislative branch the power to terminate tariffs with a vote.
