Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has warned Hamas that if the rest of the hostages are not released by Saturday at noon, the "cease-fire will be terminated" and Hamas will be "decisively defeated.

Netanyahu threatened to withdraw from a ceasefire with Hamas and resume fighting in Gaza if the militant group does not release more hostages by midday Saturday.

The Israeli prime minister says the military will "return to intense fighting until Hamas is finally defeated" if the hostages are not freed.
