WICHITA, Kan. (KAKE) – A man suffered critical injuries on Friday afternoon after being struck by a car on West Kellogg.

The Wichita Police Department has closed westbound lanes of Kellogg, U.S. 54, at Dugan as officers investigate an incident on the highway, causing traffic delays and detours onto Dugan.
