Maxon Castle, 22, was arrested Wednesday on two counts of second-degree assault after allegedly spraying the two women with a caustic substance that nearly went in their eyes, Columbia police said.
After they arrested Johnson and charged her with malicious wounding by caustic substance, she was held without bond. On Monday morning, Johnson was arraigned in Arlington General District Court.
