A designer has created a concept car capable of driving on both water and land. Imagined by Bernardo Pereira, a student at the University of Lisbon's Faculty of Architecture in Portugal, the electric CROSSER V2 is an autonomous amphibious vehicle capable of traversing roads and waterways to avoid road traffic, ease congestion and reduce pollution.
