Former Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Director Michael Brown, who led the agency during Hurricane Katrina, believes FEMA should be rid of unnecessary bureaucracy.

Real ID enforcement from the federal government began this week, and The West Virginia Division of Motor Vehicles (DMV) encourages residents to apply for Real ID if they have not yet obtained one.
