Saturday night in St. Louis was about giving one final quality showing between John Cena and Randy Orton and advance WWE’s stories toward a busy summer with three PLEs — including a two-night SummerSlam — a “Saturday Night’s Main Event” and “World’s Collide” with newly acquired AAA.

To be fair to Cena, this is a new era, where fans are more looped in than ever to the pro wrestling process. Everyone seems to know the heel turn can’t last, perhaps ending as soon as the summer at SummerSlam. That way, the tail end of his goodbye to the sport can be as a good guy again.
